Have a proven track record in leading and delivering high volume, high value complex technical or engineering projects.
Have experience of using Project Management processes and techniques in a dynamic and pressurised environment.
Be able to work with pace and energy
Be able to focus on and meet the needs of customers effectively
Have a strong desire to selfdevelop and a drive for success
