Job title:
Receptionist and administrator
Suitability:
You must be able to manage and organise workload and ensure recurring tasks are administered on time.
Good IT skills are essential for this position. You should be well spoken and have good written skills. You should have a good attendance record with mínimal sickness absences. You should be able to work on an individual basis and as part of a team.
Terms:
Initial three month trial period the successful completion of which will lead to a full time permanent contract. Total of 37.5 working hours per week.
Salary:
£14,750 to £20,500 commensurate with experience. Regular performance reviews.
Training:
Full training will be provided.
Location: 47 Calthorpe Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 1TH. Onsite parking may be available otherwise parking is available on surrounding roads.
Hours of work: 8am to 4.20pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4.00pm on Friday.
