About the role

Huddersfield Audi is searching for a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist/Host to join the fantastic Welcome team at Sytner.

As a Sytner Host, your main task is to convey your passion for the Audi brand every day and immerse customers in the Audi world.

Welcome all customers and direct them efficiently to the correct department
Offer refreshments throughout their visit
Manage incoming calls and connect callers to the right department promptly

Receptionists/Hosts at Sytner work varied full and part-time flexible schedules, often including weekends, to ensure top-notch customer service.

About You

As the first point of contact for clients and guests, a warm and cheerful voice is essential, along with the ability to transfer calls efficiently.

Proactively manage the showroom experience to provide each customer and guest with a uniquely personal and bespoke service.

To excel in providing excellent service, you should be:

A proactive communicator with management and dealership teams
Innovative in creating unique experiences
Utilize initiative to delight customers
Collate customer knowledge and anticipate their needs
Show excellent organizational and preparation skills
Have a genuine passion for attention to detail
