Reporting to:
Build Logistics & SAP Coordinator


Contract type:
Fixed Term Contract to October 2024


Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm, with 45 minutes for lunch


Location:
Brackley, UK


Job Purpose
Coordinate the supply of new and current components through the team to the build departments to a defined schedule


Key Accountabilities/Duties:


  • Proactively chase new parts required for each event for the Build areas through the various departments ensuring that all areas of the business are working to the correct priorities, defined by Planning/Build, including Inspection,
  • Compile and filter shortage information from the Build Areas and feedback to Planning/Purchasing any issues with parts required for specific events so the supply issues can be resolved. This includes damaged and quarantined components.
  • Generate component delivery reports for Build to enable correct resource planning for each build event.
  • Feedback to Planning/Purchasing any issues with parts required for specific events so the supply issues can be resolved
  • Provide visibility of the current component supply status for each event to the Build Operations Manager/Boat Operations Manager and Planning/ Purchasing.
  • Assist in Lifing of test and race events as required on SAP.
  • Assist in Stores locations as required with stock checks, picks, Goods In, Inspection, etching, etc.
  • Ensure SAP accuracy at all times and highlight any data discrepancies.
  • Assist in the loading of late freight after ensuring that all parts required have been through the correct preevent sign offs.
  • Attend weekly Build Department Meetings
  • Comply at all time with the companies Health & Safety polices

Experience Required

  • Previous build logistics experience in supply chain required
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office Suite Skills required, especially in Excel
