Previously worked in a Customer Support environment?

Do you have excellent Excel skills and confident using spreadsheets?

Available for immediate start and can commit to the role on a temp basis?


A returning client of mine have expanded yet again and are on the hunt for their next Customer Support Advisor.


Your role will include:

  • Generate weekly and monthly KPI Reporting
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and easily
  • Liaise with other departments in order to provide the best customer service
  • General administrative tasks
  • Must have excellent Excel skills and be confident in using spreadsheets
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to present and articulate verbally and written information to customers.
  • Be able to work under pressure and prioritise own tasks
  • Be calm under pressure of deadlines to ensure accuracy is not lost in favour of speed
  • Possess excellent Outlook and Excel skills alongside a working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
  • Confident in dealing with internal and external customers in a polite and professional manner, especially when there is a difficult situation to deal with.
  • Previous customer service experience, either within a call centre environment or a customer facing role, would be advantageous
Please note this role is office based 100% of the time. My client have recently upgraded their offices due to exciting growth and are continuing to grow.

Salary between £23,000 - £26,000. Mon to Fri 09:00 - 17:30
