Rate Of Pay:
£11.44 Per Hour

Shift Patterns:
Immediate start**, 40hrs a Week, Permanent Contract. 8am - 8pm shifts, alternative weekends.

Information about the Role:

Working as a Support Worker at Hill House your duties will include the following:

Providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care.
Providing emotional support for an individual and at times their families.
Maintain the hygiene, dignity, health, and safety of service users always.
Provide support and supervision through the night to adult's health care needs as per their support plans and risk assessments
To attend to the personal needs of the residents who require this support and carry out checks on the service users as per their support plans and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policy, procedure, and regulations.
To complete housekeeping tasks in accordance with the waking night agenda

Hill House is a large three-story town house situated in the outskirts of Birmingham; this Victorian property consists of 13 spacious bedroom areas that are developed in line with the individual's needs.

Hill House is a Mental health residential home that is situated in the West Midlands; we aim to provide a high quality, safe and personalised service that promotes choice, dignity, control, and quality of life for all service users.

Necessary Experience or Qualifications to work as a Waking Night Support Worker:

Previous experience working as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Domiciliary Carer or Senior preferred.
Caring, kind and considerate.
Passionate about making a difference in someone else's life.
Good communication skills.
Able handle sometimes challenging situations.
Fun, energetic and able to build relationships with many different people.
