Description
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expenses in Sage 50 accounting software- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with monthend financial activities such as bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in an accounts administration role
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Sage 50 accounting software
- Welldeveloped analytical and problemsolving skills
- A positive attitude with a good sense of humour
- Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment
Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
