The Role:

Our client is a Tier 1 D&B Contractor operating predominantly in the water industry who have been awarded a programme of work to deliver non-infrastructure water and wastewater projects for Thames Water.

My client is looking to strengthen their Digital Team with a Digital Delivery Lead for a joint venture framework.

Based at either Rickmansworth, Beckton or the Hampton office you will ensure our regional team have the support needed to integrate these digitaltools as business as usual we have a need for a Digital Delivery Lead and you will report directly to the National Rehearsal Lead.

Key responsibilities:

You will manage the digital delivery toolbox maturity matrix to ensure we are meeting our commitments and work closely with Regional Leads to identify key resources to build a strategic in region team
You will be encouraged to connect and collaborate with all key stakeholders particularly the Client, where digital service offerings will be promoted at the front end of delivery.
You will work with regional Digital Delivery Leads to develop regional strategies covering the tools, techniques, and training necessary for integration as business as usual into the regional delivery processes.
You will work closely with the Regional Leads identifying regional resources, both facilitators and technicians, to prepare, deliver and run rehearsals for their programmes of work
The lead will be required to develop 4D models utilising Synchro for Digital Rehearsals, linking the model and programme, to provide visualisations.
The individual will be expected to facilitate rehearsals on specific projects until resources are identified, competent and capable
Develop, implement, and execute the strategy to fully adopt the use BIM 360 Field across the region, embedding the platform as business as usual for project delivery

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

4D Synchro software capability
Appreciation on real critical path management and control and background in scheduling.
Visualisation and rehearsal
