We have an exciting opportunity for a great leader, a go getting Supervisor to oversee and develop a night shift for one of our automotive clients based in the Birmingham area.

This role will lead to a permanent position after a successful trial period. What better way to get into the Christmas spirit than celebrating a new role

**>Essential Experience Required- A minimum of 5 years of experience within the paint an manufacturing industry

Supervisory experience ESSENTIAL
Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities of the Night Shift Supervisor:

Managing Day to Day operations efficiently
Reporting any quality issues
Data Analysing and collection
Meeting customer deadlines and driving the quality of standards
Report maintenance issues, following through until resolution is found and work completed
Managing a team and shift performances, ensure deadlines are met and KPI's achieved
Attending management meetings cascading all knowledge to your team

Requirements of the Night Shift Supervisor:

Excellent attention to detail
Good numeracy skills and literacy skills with a grade C or above in English and Maths (GCSE level or equilevant)
Good accuracy and organisational skills.
Ability to work to deadline targets.
Leadership experience and mentality
A driver of improvements
Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

Pay Rates:

- £17.31ph
