HPC Compressed Air Systems has an opportunity for a full time permanent Service Support Coordinator, based in Nottingham to support the service department with service contracts and customer retention, service quotations and general day to day running of the department.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the service contract generation and renewals
Communicate with sales, service and directly with customers
Monitor and track renewals process
Assist service coordinator with generation of service and repair quotes and special projects

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build a rapport with customers
Demonstrable adaptation to changes in working practices and environment
Great organisational ability
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SAP, SAGE
