Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor

Plymouth/Cornwall

Permanent

£36,000


DK Recruitment are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor to join their client's team on a permanent basis and oversee their works in Cornwall.


Our clients head office is in Plymouth but ideally you will live in Cornwall to give you better access to their contracts.


As the areas M&E Supervisor you will be assisting the Project and Contracts managers with what they need for Compliance, and workmanship inspections.

You will strive to maintain a consistent high level of standards and supervise the M&E operatives and sometimes be on hand to help with any works required.

IF you have experience within the Facilities management and maintenance works then your profile will be of particular interest.


Requirements:


  • Excellent customer interface skills, excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Minimum of one trade qualification, with the emphases on Electrical / Mechanical
  • Experience of supervisory works
  • SMSTS & First Aid (First aid can be completed before starting the role)
  • Understanding of Health and Safety

Salary:
£36,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
