To efficiently deal with customers' needs at the handover / transaction stage.

To have a professional and positive approach at all times whilst providing the highest level of customer service with a can-do attitude.

To follow and adhere to cargiant's set disciplines, principles and follow all scripts.

Duties/Responsibilities

Deal with customers in a pleasant and professional manner, meeting customer requirements with a positive approach.
Hand over all vehicle documents to customers and take in part exchange vehicles and all its documentation when applicable.
Process customer's payment by debit cards, credit cards, direct transfers, finance, cash, banker's draft and building society cheques.
Perform to the required standard ensuring the company is represented well and customer satisfaction is achieved, meeting the customer survey index targets.
Liaise with the customer service management team and all other department managers when necessary to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Collect deals from the admin office when necessary.
Collect customer's sales order forms, ensuring cars are ready to collect and book customers in with a presentable and professional attitude.
Deal with Warranty enquiries and overcome objections.
Liaise with workshop on same day deals, late collections and keep customers informed whether face to face or over the phone.
Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as requested by management and senior staff.
Take responsibility for any shortfalls when completing handovers / transactions.
Escort customers to the key collection point at the end of each handover.
Take Streamline readings at the end of the day.
Daily petty cash, entering on excel and reconciling when required
Check daily delivery reports when required
Take, refund and reconcile deposits and buy backs, entering them on the system when required
Invoice auction cars when required
Take further deposits over the phone or face to face.
ATM machine maintenance and reconciliation every other day when required
Keep up to date with product knowledge.
Adhere to the customer service manual / scripts.
Comply with FSA Money Laundering regulation rules.

Health Safety Responsibilities
