Althams Butchers is one of the oldest and largest independent family owned & run butchers in the country.

We specialise in quality meat and meat products for wholesale, serving hotels, restaurants (including several Michelin Star establishments), pub chains, conferencing venues and catering companies UK wide.

We operate a state of the art plant in Morecambe, Lancashire.

Our Location on the edge of the Lake District, Lancashire and Yorkshire gives us access to some of the best cattle and lamb markets in the UK.

We currently have a vacancy for an office & canteen cleaner within our Hygiene Team.

Responsibilities will include:

Hoovering, mopping and wiping down the office, canteen & toilet areas
Emptying Bins and keeping areas clean and tidy ensuring cleaning standards are maintained
Using chemicals safely & effectively
To ensure all company procedures are followed at all times.
Cleaning of other areas if/when required

The key ingredients:

The role would be an 18 hour per week temporary contract, working hours will be discussed at interview and we can be flexible.
