Assembly Operative to join their team over at their site based in
Rotherham.


This is the perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to thrive, working within a successful and vibrant team backed by over 4 decades of industry experience.


What's on offer?

  • Up to £16.87 per hour
  • Rotating shifts


  • Week 1: Monday

  • Friday 6:00am 2:00pm


  • Week 2: Monday

  • Wednesday 8:00pm 6:00am / Thursday 8:30pm 6:00am

What will you be doing as an Assembly Operative?

  • Collaborating with a team to meet deadlines for fulfilling customer orders, strictly adhering to the production schedule
  • Complying with work instructions, as well as Company/Customer guidelines, to meet documentation and quality requirements
  • Performing and documenting daily/weekly/monthly maintenance checks
  • Conducting and recording essential safety checks
  • Properly marking up component parts to maintain accuracy
  • Adhering to the labeling system to ensure clear identification of components
  • Maintaining a clean and organized working area, free from clutter at all times
  • Ensuring components are appropriately labeled for smooth transition to the next processing stage
  • Following and signing off on "Route Cards" after each operation
  • Promoting a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards
  • Performing any other necessary tasks as assigned

What do you need?

  • The ability to consistently work to the highest of standard
  • The capability to work to tight deadlines
  • An understanding of operating with sealants
  • Experience of working on finished painted equipment
  • Ability to work effectively and use own initiative
