PARTNERSHIPS/ROYALTIES MANAGER - MEDIA - LONDON
Amazing opportunity has come up for a Royalties Manager with leading world renowned media company.

For almost 50 years they have managed to build one of the most successful third party licensing agencies, with offices across 60 countries.


In this position you will be responsible for the Nordics territory and work with other members of the Northern European royalty team which cover the regions of Benelux and Central and Eastern Europe.

It required to liaise directly with licensees, answeringqueries and provide financial information, internally to the commercial team, as well as externally to licensees.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collection and process of quarterly licensee royalty statements for Nordics region
  • Support in financial forecasting reporting
  • Contact licensees to receive sales reports and forecasts
  • Administration tasks for Withholding Tax and Residence of Certificate letters
  • Assist the credit control & collections process
  • Support to the royalty team based in Amsterdam
  • Collection and processing of Stock Keeping Units (SKU's)
  • Assist with processing of office expenses and associated payments.

SKILLS:


  • Minimum MBO 4 / HBO level with 2 years administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Proactive, pragmatic and analytic
  • Teamplayer, eager to learn
  • An accurate, integrity and stressresistant person
  • Service orientated and flexible
