Vacancy - Bodyshop Controller - Stockport
Basic - £36,200 (inc Shift allowance)

Realistic OTE - 54k

Mon - Fri - 2.30pm pm (40 hour working week)

No Saturdays

Our client, one of the best motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop Controller (Bodyshop/Workshop Controller)

The Bodyshop Controller role:


You will be responsible for the daily control of the bodyshop in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.

You will be required to run an efficient operation ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through achieving maximum utilisationof bodyshop facilities, as well as overseeing and motivating all bodyshop colleagues.

As part of this role you will also oversee the smart repair side of the business.

You will also actively contribute to the implementation of safe working practices, trainingcourses and security within the department assisting the Bodyshop Manager.


Experience Required:


You will currently be in the same type of role as a Bodyshop Controller or in a supervisory role within a Bodyshop and have experience at developing relationships with customers and colleagues.

You will have the drive and determination to maintain a productivedepartment and the ability to work under pressure and achieve results through other people.

It is essential that you have experience within a bodyshop environment.
