Parts Advisor

Bournemouth

Salary:
£23,000 plus overtime (£11.14 per hour)

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a
Parts Advisor at our site in
Bournemouth to provide excellent customer service to our parts customers.

What you'll do:

Source and allocate parts
Stock monitoring
Taking orders from customers
Ensure the correct parts are identified and dispatched to internal and external customers, liaising with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and, in most cases, exceeded.

What we need:

Previous experience with parts
Previous experience in a fast pace, high pressure workshop
Previous experience within the motor trade is highly desirable
Customer focused and excellent customer service at all times
Excellent relationship building with clients
Is highly organised and adaptable
Team Player
Experience of using Kerridge/ADP is preferred but not essential
