Senior Recruitment Consultant - Call Centre and Commercial
Bournemouth
Up to £35k basic salary
Commission starting at 10%

The role:
You will work closely with your applicants to develop a trusting rapport and learn what matters most to them.

To understand their business needs and discover the best match for both the applicant and the client, you will maintain and develop connectionswith your clients.


Requirements:


  • Ideally 18 months 4 years recruitment experience
  • Experience in any recruitment sector will be considered
  • Full driving license
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Ambition and drive to progress your career
