'''Duties'''As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office
Your duties will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Typing and preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilizing Google Suite and other computerized systems to organize and manage information.
- Maintaining an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Assisting with general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Providing support to other team members as needed.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and other computerized systems.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
Salary:
£26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
