Description

Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a quality solid surface worktop manufacturer and installer. They are seeking a Customer Care Assistant for their factory in Birmingham who will be an integral part in delivering their highly valued customer service.

Salary:
£25,000 to be reviewed after 6 months.


Your duties will include;

  • Fielding calls.
  • Logging issues on to our client's computer system.
  • Raise work sheets, orders, and invoices.
  • Scanning and saving of documents.
  • Ad hoc admin duties.

Required skillset and abilities;

  • Experienced in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and good demeanour with customers.
  • Experience in kitchens would be an advantage but not essential.

Contracted hours of work;

Monday - Thursday:8:30am - 5:00pm


Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
