Duties:
MAIN PURPOSE:
Responsible for administrative management of all operational records and procedures associated in the running of a busy office and will assist with the core operations of our Dispatch office.
Duties include maintaining office and customer records, dealing with customer enquiries, entering customer data onto computerized systems and general admin duties associated with the running of a busy office.
At all times, customer care will be your priority.KEY DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate accounting records; including recording of receipts and payments and preparing lodgments on a regular basis;
- Deal with customer order and account enquiries;
- Assist with providing Dispatch cover as and when required;
- General accounts office and credit control support to Head Office;
- Ensure HR information systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX) are accurately maintained and reviewed and updated daily.
- Accurately maintain Personnel and Health and Safety records for all plant employees.
- Co-ordinate weekly calculation of wages for processing to payroll
- Ensure full and timely compliance to all HR administration procedures, e.g., recruitment and induction paperwork.
- Co-ordinate HR responsibilities of Supervisors, e.g., induction, holiday planning and requests, ensuring paperwork is completed and filed as per proper procedures.
- Co-ordinate and maintain training records for all production related training on employee's Personnel record and on the Personnel Administration and Management System.
- Attend and make positive and relevant contribution to HR Production Meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
- Assistance in office planning and admin support to Works Manager and Supervisor (i.e. appointments, accommodations as required)
- Preparation of files and filing structure within Office.
- Updating daily production records.
- Maintain master records of all production documentation.
- Any other duties commensurate with role and within capabilities
Essential Criteria:
5 GCSE grade C and above
Previous administration experience in an office environment
Experience using IT systems and MS Office
Salary:
£12.00 per hour
