Business Manager

£30k basic (£62k OTE)

Brighton

Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday (with a day off in the week) Sundays (remote work, so will need to be available on the phone but won't need to go to site)

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Selling financial and insurance products to customers
Maintaining high level finance product knowledge
Qualify customers demands so the most appropriate insurance products are recommended
Building rapport with customers quickly and efficiently
Monitoring finance and insurance performance against budget
Identifying and addressing shortfalls
Assisting the management team in planning, forecasting trends and revising plans for the dealership

Your background & skill:

Previous experience as a Senior Sales Executive looking to move into a Business Manager position or previous experience as a Business Manager.
Knowledge of FCA regulations regarding F&I
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work towards deadlines and targets
Full driving licence
