Contracted to Oxford office but travel to other locations is required.


Salary:
£33,570 - £37,179, dependent on experience.


Job Type:
Hybrid.


Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

We are recruiting a Service Delivery Lead to join our IT team, who will be influential in shaping and delivering our services and strategy.


What you will be doing?


Taking the lead, you will work with the wider team to identify opportunities to deliver new and enhance existing services and approaches.

You will support the organisation with the design and delivery of IT projects that help Connection Support to transform and grow.

You will support the creation and implementation of IT policies and take an active role in championing information security.

Ensuring value for money, quality of service, and the smooth running of systems, you will engage with suppliers, take part in service reviews, collate reports, and support with reviewing and researching new services where necessary.

This role is permanent working 37.5 hours per week, attracting a salary of £33,570 - £37,179, dependent on experience.


This role will mainly be hybrid/remote work, with occasional visits to any of our offices in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Milton Keynes.


What do we need from you?


Using your broad knowledge, open approach, and passion for technology, you understand the benefit that the right technologies can have in supporting people and organisations.

You like to think outside the box and look for creative or unusual solutions.


Your experience gives you a strong understanding of IT systems, IT architecture, the IT industry, and technological changes and trends.

You will also understand and be passionate about the need for recording, reviewing, and monitoring progress and services.

You are proficient in Word and Excel and have experience with a wide variety of Microsoft Technologies.

Ideally, you will also have a strong working knowledge of Office 365, Azure, Intune and SharePoint, although this is not essential.
