We Support Ltd provides care and support for adults with learning disabilities in our supported living properties across Cheshire and Greater Manchester, as well as offering Outreach support.

Support Worker Required - URMSTON

Working as part of a small team supporting 2 females
41.5 hours and 1.5 sleeps on average per week over 24 shifts
4 week rolling rota
Every other weekend off
Must be a driver with use of own vehicle (plus business use)
Experience of challenging behaviour is required
CPI training provided

£28,223 per year (hourly rate £11.00, £65 per sleep)

Main Responsibilities:

Working either 1:1 or as part of a small team you will help our service users in their day to day living either at home or in the community, supporting them to live independently and encouraging them to learn valuable life skills like preparing and cooking a meal, also giving guidance and support in accessing community led activity, in attending social events or even volunteering.

Each aspect of support is key in helping develop and build confidence to reach personal goals and achieving memorable, life experiences.

Some experience is preferred but not essential as you will be working with an experienced team of support workers and service supervisor.

Salary:
£28,223.00 per year
