£45-£55
Contract Length: 3 Months on going
The Role Required to deal with a caseload consisting of advising and representing Adult Social Care services.
- The post holder will be dealing with all aspects of Adult Social Care including Mental Capacity Act 2005, Care Act 2014, Court of Protection, deprivation of liberty, safeguarding, coroner's inquests, tenancy orders and mental health matters. The post holdershould have extensive experience in and a thorough grounding in one of more of these areas of legal work.
- To carry out advocacy on behalf of the Council in any forum
- Enthusiastic and willing to contribute effectively to team working.
- Substantial experience in the law relating to Adult Social Care, community care, Mental Health and capacity issues.
