We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our team

As the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Duties:

• Manage and supervise all operational activities, ensuring efficient and smooth operations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and maximise profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
• Train and mentor staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise overall business performance
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in complex customer focused product area such automotive, manufacturing or similar industry.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proven track record in managing operations effectively and achieving targets
• Exceptional problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
