Description

A leading international financial organisation is looking for a TRMF Lead/ IT Risk Manager to work with the CIO and on a large scale resiliency capability project.

Specifically the role will ensure success, drive consistency, and demonstrate value to the organisations TRMF (Technology Resiliency Maturity Framework).


The TRMF results and analysis are applicable and relevant across the entire business making this a high profile and long term project.

The goal is to ensure the seamless adoption of TRMF across the organisation and creation of TRMF synergies via the sharing out output, findings and lessons learned.


Working with the CIO and resiliency leads, the TRMF Lead will provide expert support and guidance in all uses and output from the TRMF tool and practice.


  • Act as a champion of TRMF and evangelise its use
  • Act as a sounding board for the central TRMF team
  • Working with the ITSO's to ensure the TRMF assessment, for their service is accurate and complete
  • Working with the central TRMF practice to share enterprise findings e.g. new "hot capabilities" and their relevance
  • Communicating with the CIO and their team to signpost and gain feedback for any proposed changes to the tool and practice
  • Working with the local change management teams to identify areas of risk based on TRMF results
  • Working with other TRMF Leads in other business areas to share and coordinate TRMF use cases and output
  • To assist in the design and execution of the subsequent BIA and GAP analysis processes as a TRMF SME
  • Specific and substantial TRMF experience
  • 5 years production support experience
  • Financial services experience
  • Strong communicator
  • Team player
  • Strong analytical skills
