Description

LBHF have an exciting opportunity for a Commissioning Lead to play a key role in the review and commissioning of strategic services across the housing, compliance and facilities management elements of the Economy Department.


This role will lead on projects to review, commission and implement services in close collaboration with service managers and other stakeholders, with a clear focus on improving resident experience and service outcomes.

It will help to deliver solutions which take into account local needs and drivers and which ensure value for money and the most effective use of resources.

There are a number of key projects to deliver in the coming year, in what is an exciting time in the Department, within a wider context of a significant digital housing transformation programme being delivered to improve services for residents.


The Commissioning Lead will also be a point of expertise within the department for supporting effective contract management working closely with colleagues to implement best practice and develop strong contract management processes.
