Contract Supervisor - Midlands Schools - £39k

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to deliver PPM and Reactive maintenance services to a schools contract across the Midlands.

You will oversee four engineers (covering Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Building Fabric maintenance) alongside a small selection of specialist sub contractors that manage the PPM's.

Sites are Birmingham, Coventry Nottingham and Derby

From a Facilities Engineering background with knowledge of ensuring systematic programming of Planned Maintenance Tasks are planned and scheduled in accordance with Contract and SFG20 maintenance requirements across the portfolio, you will take a lead indelivering excellent service to the client while proactively managing the workload of the Engineers.

PFI knowledge would be useful

£39k plus car allowance.
