Description

Due to continued expansion of our company, we are looking for a Parts apprentice to assist the parts manager in the daily running of our busy workshop store, ordering parts and managing stock levels for our service center and accident repair body shop.

You must be well organised, ensuring that enquiries and orders are dealt with quickly and efficiently, completing administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner.

THE ROLE

The duties of this role include:

Assisting Managing the parts department operation and co-ordinating orders, deliveries and returns.
Monitoring and managing stock levels.
Ensuring that all parts and accessories are correctly stored and accurately recorded.
Provide excellent service and support to colleagues across the business.

ABOUT YOU

Good communication skills, both verbal and written; you will need to maintain working relationships with colleagues and suppliers
Proactive and able to use initiative
Good IT and numerical skills
Wellorganized

WHATS'S ON OFFER

Salary is dependent on skills and experience.
You will be required to work 8am5pm Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis.
You will receive 20 days annual holiday plus the bank holidays.
Full inhouse training will be provided.
Free parking on site.
