Operations Coordinator
The role
- Assist the operations manager on all production and current projects
- Liaise with the operations and production team daily
- Contact suppliers and obtain prices and quotes for parts and materials
- Chase up on any late deliveries and resolve issues
- Attending meetings and minute taking
- Produce project reports and update them throughout project
- Dealing with haulier companies and scheduling deliveries and collections
- Managing project documentation
- Other ad hoc duties
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 2 years experience in purchase / project coordinating role
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Highly motivated and positive attitude towards work
- Good communicator and ability to work off own initiative

Salary:
£28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
