Operations Coordinator

The role

  • Assist the operations manager on all production and current projects
  • Liaise with the operations and production team daily
  • Contact suppliers and obtain prices and quotes for parts and materials
  • Chase up on any late deliveries and resolve issues
  • Attending meetings and minute taking
  • Produce project reports and update them throughout project
  • Dealing with haulier companies and scheduling deliveries and collections
  • Managing project documentation
  • Other ad hoc duties

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years experience in purchase / project coordinating role
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Highly motivated and positive attitude towards work
  • Good communicator and ability to work off own initiative

£28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
