Responsible to:
Maintenance Manager

Hours: 37.5 per week / Monday - Friday 9.00 am pm

This role is self-employed and permanent.

Please note that your own van/Car and own tools are essential for this role.
Aspect Housing Ltd is a Housing Association with 150+ Houses. We are focused and dedicated in providing supported accommodation for the homeless. We provide accommodation to vulnerable adults with a variety of issues. Here at Aspect we are committed in providing support to individuals and the local community.

We are recruiting for an experienced General Maintenance/Handyman person to join our existing maintenance team on a full time, permanent basis.

The skills we require include but are not limited to:

Carpentry
Fire door maintenance
Electrics
Plumbing
Replacing Radiators
Replacing Windows
Plaster Boarding
Skimming
Gardening
All General Building knowledge required as every day is a new challenge

As stated, this role is a full-time, permanent position. Working hours are 9.00 am - 5:30 pm, 5 days a week to start.
