Description
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Health and Safety Administrator, to join a leading Telecoms team:General duties:
- Provide general administrative support for SHEQ Advisor/manager.
- Provide support for meetings to include preparing agendas, collating meeting papers, minute taking, noting action points and following them up thereafter.
- Assist in the induction and training programmes for new and existing staff increasing the awareness of Health and Safety.
- Update and maintain accurate computer and manual records including the input of all Health & Safety performance and compliance data as required.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Computer Literate in Microsoft packages, in particular Excel.
- Experience in an administrative role essential
- Experience in SHEQ administrative/coordinator in Telecoms role desirable
- Effectively prioritize work load in order to meet set deadlines.
- Be proactive and able to make decisions
- Recognize and promote the importance of continuous improvement and display a positive attitude to change
- Strong, concise and effective communicator at all levels
