Duties:

• Work with a team on packing, loading, and unloading vans and houses or offices.
• Moving furniture, boxes, computers, wardrobes, etc.
• Follow the instructions of the Foreman.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Pack or wrap items to keep them safe, clean, and secure, maximizing space in boxes and vans.
• Unload items into their designated locations according to instructions.

Requirements:

• Some practical experience
• Good level of fitness
• Excellent handling, packing, and loading ability
• Good communication skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Hardworking, committed team player
• Honesty and integrity
• A can-do attitude

Additional Information:

Shift start times vary around 7am-8am. Move duration varies, so finish time cannot be guaranteed.

A driving license is advantageous but not essential. We may also offer driving opportunities in conjunction with the Porter role.
