About the role
We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our team for a period of up to 6 months.

You'll help to provide a service across the organisation, supporting the Service Charge Accountant in ensuring the accurate calculation and billing of all of the groups utility related charges, including service charges for tenants, leaseholders and commercial properties.


You'll also act as the first point of contact for utility service charge queries and ensure the groups utility accounts are kept up to date, accurate and that they're paid on time.


  • Has demonstratable experience of working in a financial environment
  • Knows the basic principles of accounting, including demonstrable knowledge of the accruals basis and double entry accounting
  • Has 3 GCSE passes A-C (or equivalent), including English and Maths or experience of working in a financial environment
