We currently have an exciting opportunity for an internal Recruiter to join our award-winning In-House recruitment team.

Supporting our main retail division, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract that would be an excellent opportunity for anybody wanting to gain experience of delivering in-house recruitment for the fastest growing multi-channel retailer in the UK.


As a specialist internal recruiter, you will utilise all available tools and platforms to attract, identify and bring on board internal and external talent in line with business needs.

This includes supporting all levels of new store recruitment where required.


You will be managing full life-cycle recruitment campaigns and working collaboratively with HR Business Partners to influence Stakeholders and deliver recruitment solutions in an effective and timely way.

This is a fast-paced role that would suit applicants from either an internal or consultancy recruitment background.

You should have a passion for delivering results, be well-organised with a pro-active approach and possess the ability to influence, challenge and support internal customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Offer wider recruitment support and advice to stores and Regional Stakeholders to ensure efficient business delivery.
  • Support & coach line managers to make the right recruitment decisions for Iceland and The Food Warehouse.
  • Use the Applicant Tracking System to accurately manage the recruitment process.
  • Use social media channels to showcase job opportunities, promote our employer brand and increase external engagement.

Experience Required:


  • Relevant industry experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices
  • Strong sourcing background with experience of using multiple sourcing methods
  • Disciplined, structured ways of working.
  • 13 years inhouse recruitment experience in a retail environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Skills in reporting and working on recruitment systems
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
