We are working with an established business that manufactures speciality materials and chemicals for the medical device and polymer markets.
My client is looking to strengthen its quality team by hiring QA Technician.Within this role, you will play a key part in supporting all aspects of the administration of the Quality Management System.

Responsibilities:
- To support the administration and general upkeep of the QMS in accordance with the relevant standards.
- Manage tracking systems to ensure that the QMS is in a controlled state and is compliant with policies, SOPs, best practices, and requirements for the following, as applicable:
- Approved Supplier List (ASL).
- Audits (internal/external).
- QIs, Complaints, Non-Conformances, CAPAs, RCAs, and Change Control.
- Support the investigation of all qualityrelated issues.
- Organise equipment calibration and maintain register.
- Support the process of equipment validation.
- Basic quality systems internal auditing.
Skills & requirements:
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 1348
- Experience in maintaining a Quality Management System.
- Previous Quality Assurance or audit experience.
- Ability to work with critical attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday - Friday
