Description

The Head of Operations is a member of the senior leadership team at the organisation.

You will be responsible for leading on the support services, and have other duties including managing all communication with the board of trustees, designing and implementing effective policies for the Charity, designing effective systems and processes for the Charity, plus some HR duties and financial management.

The Head of Operations manages a team of 3 people. This position will also oversee the development of internal EDI policies through the management of an EDI Manager.
