An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Band 3 Patient Access Officer within the Referral Management Centre at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.

This is an exciting role where the post holder will join an established team which provides referral management trust wide and works from both the Guy's and the St Thomas' sites.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. The successful

Experience within the NHS is desirable but not essential and the role offers training, support and good opportunities for development

quality skills.

The key focus for the role will be:
Providing a professional and high quality service for all patient registration and referral processing in the Trust
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with services to ensure patient registration and referrals are processed in line with
Trust guidelines
Ensuring accurate data entry to help the Trust meet all internal and external access targets in relation to outpatient appointments, admissions
and pathway management
Providing a high quality service for patients and clinical teams
