*Support worker without level 3 Diploma - £11.91 an hour

*Support worker with level 3 Diploma - £12.46 an hour

*£60 per night for sleeping in shifts


Work Location
In person across Taunton, Bridgwater, Curry Rivel, Yeovil and several small places in-between

About Crimson Hill Support

  • We provide support and care to adults with learning disabilities who live in their own homes within the community.
  • Our aim is to empower, encourage and enable people to lead fulfilling lives as valued members of the community, by using a person centred approach.
  • We provide comprehensive induction training and the opportunity to shadow experienced staff as well as career prospects.
  • There is a crisis team where individuals in crisis are refered to help prevent hospital admissions. We work with them in looking at a positive behaviour approach for them to move back to their home or care setting.

The Role

  • The role involves travel due to various locations of our service users homes.
  • Not every day is the same, you would need to work with the people we support to help them complete all aspects of their daytoday support. This can include personal care, cooking, cleaning, medications, finances and managing some behaviours which may challenge.
  • You would be apart of a dedicated team for each of the people we support, so you will get to know the people you support very well.
  • There are opportunities to develop your career with Diplomas in Health and Social Care at levels 3 and 4. Funded by Crimson Hill Support.
