General Manager - Operations


My client at a North London NHS hospital is looking for an Operational General Manager to work as Operational Management Lead within the Trauma and Orthopaedic to manage these services.

**Salary:
- £415 via Umbrella Company****Duration:

  • 36 months ASAP start****Location:
  • North London 5 days on site /week****Hours:
  • 37.5 /week**
    Main Duties;
  • Manage all operational aspects within Trauma and Orthopaedics services and oversee management of large waiting lists
  • Work at pace with clinical and operational stakeholders to reach given targets
  • Drive the achievement of the business plan, including performance
  • Line manage operational staff and MDTs within the directorate
  • Ensure the whole patient pathway processes (admitted and nonadmitted) are monitored and develop the service by implementing changes

Ideal skills required will include:


  • Experienced senior management experience within the NHS within Operations
  • Experience in high pressure setting
