Description

We are seeking a meticulous, diligent and detail-oriented QA Assessor to join our Old Trafford team.

As a QA Assessor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all teams across the business consistently deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to strict FCA regulations.

You will be responsible for auditing the entire business, assessing data protection, compliance, accuracy, and quality of service.

WHAT'S INVOLVED?

Conduct thorough and systematic audits of salespeople's calls to ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies
Evaluate sales calls for accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to scripting guidelines
Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to management
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure audit processes align with current standards
Maintain accurate records of audit findings and produce comprehensive reports for employee and management review

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for spotting discrepancies and ensuring regulatory compliance
Proven experience in a QA/Compliance/Call Quality role, preferably within a regulated industry
Demonstrated diligence and care in reviewing and assessing data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
The ability to proactively identify trends and patterns in audit findings, enabling the implementation of targeted improvements
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide constructive feedback to management and teams
Familiarity with FCA regulations or willingness to quickly learn and adapt to regulatory changes
A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes
