This exciting opportunity carries the responsibility to provide day-to-day administration of the product delivery function to meet the needs of members.

Roles and responsibilities
- To meet agreed performance targets
- Act in accordance with equal opportunities policies and workplace behaviour expectations
- Any other business commensurate with your skills and abilities that may be required from time to time
- To provide daytoday administration of the product delivery function to meet the needs of members
- Deliver all products and events both virtual and physical or a combination of both
- Identify process changes and efficiencies that positively improve the member or customer experience
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints thoroughly and escalate where appropriate
- Maintaining a database of customer information (CRM)
- Assist customers with registration or enrolments and check product or service availability
- Proven success of working in a customer service or product delivery function
- High attention to detail to ensure maximum efficiency and the best customer journey is maintained or created
- Can do attitude
- A crossfunctional team working ethos is essential for the Customer Service Executive in order to meet the needs of internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure and establish ways to level peaks and troughs of activity
- Good IT and report writing skills
Job Types:

Salary:
£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
