I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for an Executive Assistant/Office Co-ordinator. This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking business based in the Kirkham area.Reporting into the Operations Director these are the things you will be responsible for:
- Providing an efficient, effective and confidential service to the Executive Team
- Being the first point of contact for the Executive Team
- Managing diaries and organising meetings
- Booking and arranging travel and transport
- Organising events
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Liaising with employees, suppliers and client
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly on a daytoday basis
- Dealing with visitors to the office
