Welcome to The Opportunity Hub UK We're excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a fantastic education business based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.

Our client has a vision to close the inequality gap in education by providing inclusive services to all, and we're looking for a dynamic and passionate Tutor Lead to join their small and fast-paced team.

Working directly with Local Authorities to provide an excellent service to children in schools, our client is making a real difference in their community.

As the Tutor Lead, you'll be responsible for the tutors for specified accounts. You'll recruit and onboard tutors, conduct assessments, and provide feedback to ensure that they're delivering high-quality teaching.

Building and maintaining relationships with tutors is crucial to this role, as is managing queries for specific tutors, schools, and parents.

You'll also monitor and communicate on attendance with schools and parents, and source and allocate the right tutor to each contract.

Working with the Account Managers, you'll ensure that each contract is fully resourced, and you'll provide support to tutors with all aspects of the role, including lesson plans and communication.

Evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring progress for each tutor and processing documentation for each contract will also be part of your remit.


Here's what you'll be doing:

Here are the skills you'll need:

  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to engage and work collaboratively
  • Strong writing skills and ability to produce highquality content
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • 2+ year's experience in teaching, training, coaching, or assessment with evidence of understanding the curriculum
Salary is £26k - £32k depending on experience

£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
