The role
Working from the centre of historical Greenwich based in offices with amazing views of the Thames, we are seeking an experienced
Valuation Surveyor which is crucial to our ongoing projects and growth.
Valuation Surveyors up to Associate level. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right person who is keen to progress in their career.

Responsibilities
- Lease advisory work for landlord & tenant including rent reviews and lease renewals
- Reading and summarising leases
- Prepare prenegotiation reports for clients
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Ensure security of data
- Undertake property valuations including bank valuations, probate, taxation and company accounts
- Analyse, collate and interpret comparable evidence
- Prepare lease renewal and rent review prenegotiation reports to meet client needs
- Prepare settlement reports for clients
- Prepare terms and conditions of engagement
- Instruct solicitors through the legal process where necessary
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the principles and practice of client care and establish good client relationships
- Negotiating with landlords and their agents
- Assisting senior colleagues on instructions as necessary
- Assisting in the preparation of pitches for business development
Person Profile
- Member or Fellow of the RICS and RICS Registered Valuer
- Up to date knowledge of Red Book RICS Valuation
- Good knowledge of RICS measuring standards
- Good knowledge of RICS legislation
- Solid experience of Valuation methods
- Good knowledge of Landlord & Tenant law
