Description

Sterling Recruitment Services are urgently recruiting a Wet Paint Sprayer for our industry leading client based in the heart of County Durham

Details of the role are:

3 shift rotation after some initial training,
Must have at least 1 years' experience of working on ideally a powder coat or wet paint plant (manufacturing not automotive).
Experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is desirable but not essential.
The ability to work unsupervised is required

Duties will include but not limited to:

Selecting paint from stock and preparing both the spray booth and paint guns for each new job
Performing frequent change overs of colour,
Spraying parts of various size and ensuring paint thickness and gloss levels are correct on finished product.
May be required to jig up parts ready to paint
Masking parts from drawing detail
Packing finished parts and general housekeeping duties as and when required
