About us


It seems like a very long time since Imperia Marketing was founded by Emma Paske in her home office during the dark days of the Covid lockdowns Founded as a result of a passion for social media and for helping businesses develop their voice, image and messaging in the digital sphere, Imperia Marketing is committed to helping business owners build their empires.

Since then, Imperia Marketing has grown and grown, developing a portfolio of diverse clients and expanding to become a team of passionate marketing professionals with a love of wordplay, a pedantic approach to commas and masses of creativity


We work with a group of businesses which currently includes housebuilders, land agencies, renewables businesses, developers and a business focused on biodiversity net gain, who we provide a wide-ranging marketing service for.


We take the time to get to know them and their businesses inside out, so we can represent their brand as if we are an internal marketing department.

Our services include branding, design, social media management and copywriting.


We are going through an exciting period of expansion with a wide and varied workload and are looking to recruit an enthusiastic aspiring marketeer who is looking to start or develop their career.


Daily responsibilities;

  • Liaising daily with your line manager
  • Using our project management software to prioritise tasks based on deadlines
  • Managing and updating websites (using Wix and WordPress), constantly looking for ways in which they can be improved
  • Preparing content for social media platforms, blog posts, etc.
  • Designing leaflets, signage and other printed materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Content writing (blog posts, newsletter articles, press releases, social media posts)
  • Preparing newsletters using MailChimp
  • Proofreading and liaising with suppliers; copywriters, designers, printers and couriers
  • Ensuring social media posts, website updates and other content complies with business branding guidelines, have appropriate content and are delivered on time
  • Keeping stringent upto date records and spreadsheets
  • Have either marketing experience or experience in a professional work environment with evidence of a passion for developing a career in marketing
  • Be creative and willing to throw ideas out there
  • Be able to work independently
  • Have a flair for design and making things look great
  • Be selfmotivated
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have excellent written English (bordering on pedantic)
  • Have a good understanding of social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and the ability to report back progress
  • Be able to work under pressure and thrive off producing outstanding work to meet deadlines
  • Confident, selfmotivated, flexible, and willing to learn new skills
  • A flexible "handson, can do" attitude
  • We are ideally looking for someone who has knowledge of SEO, data/analytics and/or a flair for writing
The position will be based predominantly from home.


There is the requirement to spend 1-2 days per week based in Corby, to attend meetings near Oundle, Northants and visit sites in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Lincolnshire.

Full-time, temporary (12 months) with the view to becoming a permanent role for the right person

Salary based on experience (£22,000-£25,000)
