Delve are currently working with an engineering business in the Lostock area who are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join the business, working closely with the engineering and sales team.


The Role


Reporting into the Internal Sales Manager you will be responsible for training and supporting the Inside sales team/ sales engineers with technical issues.

Furthermore, you will be supporting clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, helping set up systems or resolve issues.

There is future potential to grow in this role depending on your aspirations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Electronics degree
  • 2/3+ years' experience in as a customer/sales support within an SME size engineering environment
  • Good knowledge of SAP ideally
  • Technically minded being able to communicate clearly
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and diligence

What you will get in return


For a 38 hour working week 08:30-17:00 with flexible working hours, you will receive up to a £35k salary alongside a 7% pension, death in service, 25 days holidays+bank holidays with hybrid flexibility.
