Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 6:00pm
Jobsworth Recruitment are currently recruiting for a client advisor for our client based in Halesowen.

Our client is a leading accident repair centre offering an extensive range of vehicle repairs, as well as vehicle recovery and replacement vehicle services.

They offer their customers a one-stop accident repair service, handling all aspects of the process from vehicle recovery to insurance claims to the repair itself.

What we need from you;

Must have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
Keen, reliable and wiling to progress

What the job involves;

Case management, ensuring each case is progressed in line with department processes.
Liaising with customers, clients and insurers regarding a range of queries in a professional and timely manner.
Ensuring first time resolution by displaying a thorough knowledge of all processes and understanding the needs of the customer.
Achieving individual and team targets including call quality measures, efficiency and attendance.
